Private Wealth Advisor:
We are looking for an experienced Private Wealth Advisor who is a relationship builder at heart, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset that excels in a fast-paced and evolving organization. You are self-motivated, adept at managing client relationships, perform at a high level under variable workloads, and have a passion for making a positive impact on client’s lives. You will report to a Managing Director. #LI-Onsite What You’ll Do Maintain and expand existing client relationships ensuring the successful transition and retention of clients Attract and develop new client relationships by promoting a network of COI’s, referrals and community involvement, in addition to working with prospective clients Oversee the preparation of client financial plans and comprehensive client wealth management reviews, and present these to clients Establish client investment goals not limited to: asset allocation, risk tolerance, cash flow planning, etc. Develop strong relationships with clients becoming a trusted resource for all aspects of their financial lives Maintain frequent contact with clients including periodic out of state travel for in-person meetings Regularly communicate with clients regarding their financial plan, updating them with circumstances, needs and objectives as well as reviewing investment performance Educate clients about market conditions and evidence-based investment principles, regulatory or tax changes, and other factors that may influence clients’ decisions or behavior Participate in Investment Committee discussions around asset allocation and security selection Work with the team on larger and more complex client situations Identify and nurture potential clients Become familiar with our client service offerings, including planning, investments and other value-added services Participate in projects and internal working groups to ensure maximum delivery of value to clients in our programs Represent Twickenham Advisors in sponsored partnership and events and in the broader community through philanthropy and other event opportunities Work with potential clients and their legal and accounting professionals/advisors to improve our client’s individual, business, tax, and estate plans Develop personal business plan to achieve revenue and business objectives Track pipeline and communicate results with Advisor’s Manager Build productive relationships with co-workers, vendors, and other important contacts Stay up to date with industry changes through continuing education with emphasis Qualities and Traits Have the skills to connect with clients/prospects to discover their true motivations and priorities with their monies Motivated for success Bring enthusiasm to our team Ability to hit the ground running with building trust and confidence with existing and new clients Natural desire to be a problem solver Work effectively and respectfully in a team environment; ready to pitch in Ability to manage changing priorities and set expectations with others Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients with different levels of investment experience What You’ll Bring 5 or more years of direct client-facing experience in the investment / wealth management business CFP® certification is desired Desired experience in tools like eMoney, Salesforce, Black Diamond, etc. High level tax planning and estate planning experience preferred Required Series 7, Series 63 & 65 or 66 What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k Matching Plan Paid Parental Leave Flexible PTO Plan
