Thefirst foray into the path towards becoming a Financial Consultant(FC) at Schwab, the IC role provides the exposure and experiencerequired to advance in this challenging space. You’ll learn what ittakes to build a book of business through proactive, outbound callsto existing Schwab clients, uncovering opportunities throughneeds-based analysis and positioning appropriate products andsolutions. You’ll observe our skilled FCs and learn how to deliverunparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring.

• A valid and active Series 7 license is required(license may be obtained under a condition of employment throughBranch Network Licensing Program

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years ofexperience in the financial services industry
• Ability to leverageBusiness development experience
• Passion for gaining knowledge ofbrokerage/banking products and services
• Openness to build strongclient relationships
