Responsibilities Job Purpose and ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose:
work with an experienced advisor to service anddeepen existing clients while you build a personal book of businessand help shape clients financial future, by developing an ongoingfinancial planning relationships focused on accomplishing clients’goals. Collaborate with other advisors and members of the firm tostrengthen your skills and knowledge of the wealth managementbusiness. Positions are also available in Chattanooga, TN,Cincinnati, OH, Cleveland OH.
Responsibilities:
Build relationshipswith assigned existing clients and well as develop new clients viaface-to-face, digital and virtual sourcing strategies. Deeplyunderstand clients and prospective clients needs, priorities, andconcerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensivestrategies to help them achieve their goals. Oversee clientexperience, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality,streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies andprocedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engagethe team to create, monitor, and adjust business plan to increasebranch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Developing tailored solutions for each client Work with retiringadvisors on an effective exit strategy and partnering plan
Qualifications Required:
Prior finanical services experience Aproven track record of success
Preferred:
2 years of experience
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required
Working Environment:
Full time onsite
