You’ll be responsible for: Provide one-on-one financial coaching to clients to facilitate behavior change and achieving financial goals. Perform financial assessments; assist clients or consumers with developing financial goals and action plans. Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person. Assist clients with basic financial tools (e.g., budgeting templates, expense trackers). Prepare personalized financial action plans for clients. Research financial resources, debt relief programs relevant to client needs. Accurately input client information into systems, spreadsheets, or financial data. Develop spreadsheets for household income calculation and budgeting. Prepare reports, including productivity, number of clients served and track success. Compile and analyze client financial data (e.g., budgets, program progress) for quarterly reports. Maintain organized records of client interactions, financial plans, and outcomes. Plan, schedule, and promote financial literacy workshops (budgeting, credit management, savings strategies).

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in case management. Strong communication skills (in person and telephone) Comfortable with speaking in public

Schedule :

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Tuesday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
