Garry Executive Search has been retained by a nationally recognized, fee-only RIA to identify an experienced Financial Advisor for their growing Naples office. This firm puts planning first, operates with complete transparency, and provides full in-house support across tax, investment, and estate planning. What You’ll Do:
As a Financial Advisor, you’ll serve as the client’s primary relationship lead-helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with confidence. You’ll collaborate with internal specialists and work directly with clients across all areas of wealth management.
Key responsibilities:
Lead discovery conversations and guide clients through comprehensive planning Coordinate investment strategy with internal portfolio management team Engage internal tax, estate, and insurance experts to deliver holistic solutions Conduct regular review meetings and adjust plans as needed Meet with prospective clients and convert interest into long-term relationships Actively represent the firm in the community
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a client-facing financial advisor or wealth planning role Deep knowledge of planning strategies: retirement, estate, tax, insurance, etc. Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for fiduciary advice and a client-first mindset Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, growth-focused environment
