Personal Financial Manager Position Available In Duval, Florida

Personal Financial Manager Wood Research and Development Jacksonville, FL 32223 We are seeking an experienced Personal Financial Manager to support our directors with comprehensive bookkeeping and financial management tasks. This in-office role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in accounting and business finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform heavy bookkeeping tasks , including bank and credit card reconciliations. Handle personal and business tax filings , with knowledge of GILTI and FBAR preferred. Ensure confidentiality in financial matters and sensitive company data. Work independently and sometimes virtually with owners to maintain financial records. Utilize Google Suite and demonstrate a high level of expertise in Excel . Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and scheduling for executives. Conduct ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience. Ability to pass a drug screening, background check and Excel test . Strong understanding of business finance, tax regulations, and compliance . Experience with financial reporting and data analysis .

Work Details & Benefits:
