Using your expertise in CX design and relationship management you’ll identify areas for improvement and deliver meaningful results. You’ll use data to identify trends, understand the customer journey, and address core issues with focused solutions. From insight to execution, you’ll stay hands-on throughout the entire process. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts and projects. You’ll work to strengthen relationships and find new ways to expand the value we bring to every client’s engagement. You’ll lead discovery conversations, build clear roadmaps, and define scopes of work that match the client’s goals.
