Your focus will be to strengthen partner relationships, align project delivery with client needs, and drive successful outcomes through collaboration. You’ll work with our partners to spot key client opportunities while supporting and growing a portfolio of partner-led engagements. As a CX advisor you will foster long-term, trust-based relationships and work proactively to elevate the impact of each partner engagement. You’ll facilitate solution design, lead discovery sessions, and ensure project execution meets client expectations and delivers measurable value.
