In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financialprofessional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met theprogram requirements, you’ll be able to transition into managementas an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible forrecruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals.
You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program,an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime youfor success as a manager.
Eligibility requirements:
MBA completion within the previous 24 months -or- Prior management or business owner experience Preferred but not required to apply: Life and Health License FINRA registrations; SIE, Series 6 or 7
Responsibilities:
Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-onexperience while assisting clients in identifying and achievingtheir financial goals. Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner TrainingProgram to further your business acumen and expertise while workingtoward a management position. Transition into management as an Associate Partner once youhave achieved the program requirements. Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as anassociate partner. Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth ofrelevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed andvariable annuities, mutual funds, and more.
Qualifications:
Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industryexperience. Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented,highly motivated financial professional. Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency isbeneficial. Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required. Experience working in sales is required.
Compensation:
$65,000+ at plan commission
