The Role:
This is not your typical administrative role. We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate / Business Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll manage day-to-day client service operations, streamline internal processes, and support firm leadership in strategic initiatives. You’ll work directly with clients and advisors—bringing organization, thoughtfulness, and a proactive mindset to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily client operations: money movements, wires, journals, and paperwork Maintain CRM data and client service workflows (Redtail preferred) Assist with compliance documentation and implementation Support client-facing advisors with onboarding, communications, and meeting prep Provide light paraplanning support in areas like investment strategy, retirement planning, goals planning, insurance, and estate coordination Help prepare financial documents, reports, and follow-up items Collaborate on internal growth initiatives and social media or marketing efforts Assist in estate planning coordination (e.g., titling, trust integration, and beneficiary tracking)
Preferred Qualifications:
FINRA-registered (Series 7 and/or 66) preferred, or willing to become registered 3+ years of experience in an RIA, wirehouse, or financial services firm Strong proficiency with Office 365 Suite Experience working with one or more custodians, such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing Familiarity with eMoney, Redtail, paraplanning, and estate planning concepts Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Background in CFP®, financial planning, or paraplanning will be given preferential review
Compensation & Benefits:
