This role assists senior team members in coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining documentation and ensuring a smooth client experience. A successful Client Engagement Associate is detail-oriented, eager to learn and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in onboarding new clients to the custody and clearing platform under the guidance of senior team members. Support the preparation and tracking of onboarding documentation and contracts. Maintain accurate records and workflows in Salesforce and other internal systems. Participate in internal and external meetings, taking notes and following up on action items. Communicate with clients and internal partners to gather information and provide updates. Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to senior team members. Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support. Builds and maintains key relationships and coordinates tasks with internal business lines demonstrating a culture of engagement and assistance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High-level concepts, practices and procedures of custody and clearing firms. Fundamental principles of financial markets, accounts, products, and the transfer process. Operational processes common to a custody and clearing platform. Project planning and implementation. Skilled in Excellent communication and strong business writing skills. Time management and task prioritization. Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Ability to influence and bring different parties together for a positive outcome. Cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships throughout and at all levels of the organization. Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Ability to Work directly with client firms and associates at all levels of the organization. Organize, prioritize, manage, and track multiple details, tasks, and assignments in a fast-paced work environment. Have detailed understanding of policy, procedures and processes. Gather information, identify needs, and proactively apply findings to develop solutions. Listen actively and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners.
