Marketing Full Job Description Job Description Overview:

Raymond James is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Product Manager to support the continued growth and success of our Wealth Advisory Services platform. This role is instrumental in enhancing advisor engagement, driving marketing initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for delivering value through innovative product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Advisor Support & Enablement:

Serve as a primary point of contact for financial advisors, offering guidance on program features, fee structures, and best practices to optimize utilization.

Product Expertise:

Provide in-depth knowledge and training on the Wealth Advisory Services platform to support advisor success and client outcomes.

Marketing Collaboration:

Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and materials that drive program adoption and awareness.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish and lead an advisory council of experienced financial advisors to gather feedback, share insights, and inform product enhancements.

Data-Driven Strategy:

Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Product Development:

Lead the implementation of new product initiatives, including the rollout of business-focused solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Cross-Functional Support:

Collaborate with internal teams to support the expansion of referral programs and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience in wealth management, financial planning, or product management preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams. Familiarity with advisory platforms, financial planning tools, and fee-based programs is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, improve processes, and influence outcomes.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in financial services, product development, marketing, or a related discipline.

Certifications:

Series 65 or 7 preferred but not required.
