Job Description
This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 2-3 days a week at our Saint Petersburg, FL corporate offices.
Drive advisor business development with a focus on technology and education through consulting and development of programs and resources. Implements services, resources, and processes that advance recruitment and productivity of financial advisors with respect to business practices, such as resources and portfolio and practice consultation. Under limited supervision and with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to identify, analyze, and consult on complex advisor technology by developing and delivering strategies, programs and resources that support portfolio construction education, sales, and processes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze advisor portfolios and practices to recommend solutions on how to improve portfolio characteristics and/or business practices.
Develops, maintains and enhances relationships through virtual programs and discussions covering business strategy, new products, service requirements, and market developments.
Consult with advisors on ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of investment management practices.
Supports data collection, analysis and reporting.
Delivers resources that increase advisor efficiencies, awareness, and understanding of advisory technologies
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Advanced investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industries.

Assessing complex problems, gathering and analyzing data and information, developing and evaluating options, and implementing solutions.
