About the Position The Patient Counselor at the Eye Institute plays a vital role in guiding patients through their eye care journey. This position is responsible for educating patients about treatment options, surgical procedures, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities. The counselor serves as a liaison between the patient, clinical team, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless and supportive experience. What do we look for?
