JOB OVERVIEW
The Operations team is responsiblefor the overall administration of the firm’s turnkey assetmanagement program (TAMP). PRIMARY FUNCTION
The roles primary functions within theOperations team include, but are not limited to, performingspecific functions associated with the submission and execution oftrade instructions provided by advisors and managers, assist withthe set up and ongoing client account program selection on theTAMP, and participating in the duties related to the onboarding ofnew advisory firms and their clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry outthe required processes involving the TAMP platform, including orderrequest management, reconciliation with TAMP technology and thecustodian, client interaction, and facilitate procedures withvarious custodians. Communicate with custodians, Resource Partnersand home office departments to support TAMP functionality andintegration between various aspects of the platform. Assist in theongoing set up and monitoring of accounts and activities onplatform for both professionally managed and advisor managedprograms. Help to identify opportunities for efficiencies inprocesses and may lead actions toward recommended improvements.
Frequently participates in root cause analysis to correct and/orprevent deviations in processes and workflows. Supports tasksrelated to advisor onboarding and internal conversions to thetrading and investments platforms. Provides informal guidance toOperations colleagues. Participate in special projects andcross-trains on other departmental functions. Acts as backupsupport while team members are away from the office. Other dutiesas assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business,Finance, or another relevant field. Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein a trading position or equivalent. Prior experience with WealthManagement Software (Addepar, Black Diamond, Envestnet, Folio,Vestmark, 55ip etc.) preferred. FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 and/or 66preferred but not required.
