As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll support our licensed Financial Advisors and help deliver exceptional service to investment members. You’ll provide administrative and operational support, coordinate appointments, assist with account servicing, and help implement member-focused events and campaigns. Your Role in

Our Mission:

Provide daily administrative and operational support to assigned Financial Advisor(s)
Ensure timely, accurate processing of investment paperwork and account maintenance
Assist with member scheduling, appointment setting, and follow-ups
Handle incoming calls and respond to member questions or refer as appropriate
Support referral campaigns, financial education events, and seminars
Partner with branches to support investment member engagement
Ensure compliance with FINRA and broker-dealer requirements
Apply logic and critical thinking to solve problems and support strategic goals
Deliver a member-first experience through personalized, educational guidance
What Makes You a

Great Fit:

1-2 years of administrative or financial services experience
High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in finance a plus)
Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills
Willingness and drive to become a licensed Financial Advisor
Licensing requirements:
SIE must be obtained before hire
Series 7 must be held or obtained within 3 months of hire
Series 66 must be held or obtained within 6 months of hire
Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License (2-15) must be obtained within 9 months of hire
