About the Role As an Associate, you will manage all facets of client relationships—from the initial meeting to ongoing support, and ultimately, through every phase of their financial lives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, guiding clients through key decisions across tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning. This is a high-impact role designed for a CFP® professional with the expertise, initiative, and communication skills to lead client engagements, mentor junior team members, and contribute to firm-wide growth. What You’ll Do Fully manage and maintain client relationships with professionalism and care Lead clients from onboarding to termination with a comprehensive service approach Collaborate with internal departments and external professionals to ensure holistic planning across tax preparation and review, estate planning, and insurance and risk management. Discuss wills, beneficiary designations, and insurance strategies with clients Analyze and advise on key financial planning areas, such as cash flow planning, asset titling and allocation, education funding, and social security benefits Review and approve investment trades and manage cash review parameters Prepare, review, and present cash flow projections with actionable recommendations Monitor planning dashboards and maintain accurate system updates Begin developing new business opportunities from existing clients and professional networks Train and mentor Financial Planners, supporting their technical and professional development Report directly to Managing Associates, contributing to broader team success What You Bring 5+ years of experience in the financial planning or wealth management industry Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field CFP® is required Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication abilities Clear, concise thinking and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Highly motivated with a proactive mindset Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable working across all professional levels Why You’ll Love Working Here Hybrid Work Flexibility
