About the Role As a Financial Planner, you will support the advisory team by managing key planning workflows, preparing client reports and projections, and building strong, lasting relationships. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow in a high-performing, team-based environment. You’ll manage day-to-day planning tasks, attend client meetings, help prepare financial plans, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—contributing to both team efficiency and client satisfaction. What You’ll Do Review and prepare client cash flow projections and supporting documentation Coordinate workflow for Associates Support client onboarding, billing updates, and account terminations Prepare or process trades, including DCA plans and tax-loss harvesting Handle daily cash monitoring and client liquidity reviews Begin preparing full financial plans and assist with financial summaries and Investment Policy Statements Attend client meetings, take notes, and manage CRM updates and follow-up tasks Code accounts for rebalancing and monitor custodial alerts Respond to client planning questions and assist with internal search requests Train and mentor CSAs Track and raise important dashboard dates to the team What You Bring 1-2 years of experience in the financial planning or wealth management industry Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field CFP® certification desired, or actively working toward certification If not CFP® certified, the Series 65 license is required and must be obtained within 90 days of hire Highly motivated and eager to grow within the financial planning field Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to think clearly and communicate concisely under pressure Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Collaborative mindset —comfortable working independently or within a team across all professional levels Why You’ll Love Working Here Hybrid Work Environment
