We are seeking a current or former CPA that is interested in a career change that will be able to use their financial knowledge and client experience to join our team in advisor training capacity. In this role, you will work closely with a seasoned registered Financial Advisor who is committed to a client-first philosophy. The ideal candidate will be responsible first and foremost for learning about the industry with the role evolving into managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and advice – when ready, with a jump-in, can-do, positive attitude. Our clients are our business, and this role will play a large part in being the initial liaison between our firm and the client. A polished and professional candidate is essential, as this role is client-facing at times and requires direct interaction with individuals and families who rely on our expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA looking to expand their impact beyond traditional accounting by integrating tax expertise into holistic financial planning with the goal of transitioning into a senior advisor role. You will gain hands-on experience, deepen client relationships, and contribute to a stable, values-driven practice. We are seeking a team member who not only represents our firm with confidence and integrity but also shares our drive for growth – both in terms of client success and the strategic growth of the business.

  • Collaborative Planning Support Work with advisors, paraplanners, and client service teams to help prepare for client meetings, develop financial plan deliverables, and follow through on action items.
  • Client Communication & Education Communicate financial concepts, planning recommendations, and tax impacts to clients in a clear and supportive manner, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Business Development Support Participate in client onboarding, referrals, and practice development efforts as your role evolves and you gain confidence in the advisory space.
