Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and analytical Acquisitions Associate to join our Atlanta team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, particularly in the industrial and multifamily sectors , and a desire to be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. You will be instrumental in sourcing, underwriting, and executing new acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate industrial and multifamily acquisition opportunities through broker relationships, off-market strategies, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals in target markets. Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis to assess deal viability. Perform market research, site visits, and due diligence to support investment decisions. Prepare and present investment memos to senior leadership and investment committees. Assist in deal structuring, contract negotiations, and closing processes. Collaborate with asset management and development teams to ensure smooth transitions post-acquisition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or brokerage, with a focus on industrial and/or multifamily assets preferred. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; familiarity with Argus is a plus. Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, particularly in the Southeast. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
