ROLE:
Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT Consultant (GL Focus)
We are seeking an experienced consultant with deep expertise in Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT, with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL) and non-profit/educational foundation environments.
LOCATION
: 100% Remote
OVERVIEW
This role involves conducting a thorough review and optimization of an organization’s ERP/GL systems. The organization has recently transitioned to Financial Edge NXT from its predecessor system. Existing support has gaps in process improvement and transformation, and this position is aimed at driving improvements in those areas.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
7+ years of hands-on experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT, including earlier on-prem versions
5+ years of experience working with non-profit organizations, particularly large educational foundations
Strong background (10+ years) in finance process improvement and transformation, ideally across industries
PREFERRED SKILLS
Familiarity with best practices in foundation reporting, data strategy, and technology architecture
