Job DetailsQualifications:

3 years of financial due diligence experience witha Big 4 firm (or a combination with audit experience, which mustinclude at least 2 years of financial due diligence) Familiaritywith Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (butnot required) Strong current knowledge of US Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles including SEC reporting, purchase accountingand transaction related issues COVID vaccination required, subjectto applicable state and federal law CPA (or at minimum, must bepursuing a CPA) Interested in hearing more?
