M3 Finance Lead

Position Title:

M3 Finance Lead Full-Time Opportunity

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced M3 Finance Lead to spearhead a multi-company, multi-location implementation of Infor M3. This is a greenfield deployment with Phase 1 already underway, and a global financial model primarily established. You ll be stepping into a leadership role previously held by another consultant and supported by a capable team including secondary and tertiary resources. This change is prompted by current bandwidth constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the financial workstream of a large-scale M3 ERP implementation across multiple business entities and geographic sites.
Focus areas will include MCO (Multi-Company Order), POM (Purchase Order Management), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and integration with Vertex for both sales and use tax.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and data consistency.
Provide strategic guidance on financial processes and ERP best practices, ensuring alignment with the defined global model.
Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge transfer as part of the leadership transition.

Requirements:

Extensive background in leading finance-related M3 ERP implementations at an enterprise level.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-division project environments.
CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness and ability to travel 25 50%, primarily to Atlanta.
