Major Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Develop and automate financial reports .
Perform data uploads, reconciliations, and portfolio tracking in financial systems.
Support accounting functions such as journal entries and month-end close.
Ensure accuracy of financial data for leasing and investment portfolios.
Must Haves:
Proficient in excel (uploads to the system, portfolio purchases, through tech tools)
Reporting and analytics experience
Accounting background
SQL experience
Experience with alteryx or tableau (can be alteryx, tableau and oracle (used the most))
Plusses:
Alpha platform experience
Leasing background
Working on agile team (familiar with how to manage technical work)
