Salary:

We’re a “work hard, play hard” team, grounded, supportive, and fun. Job Details What You’ll Do Lead and support Transaction Services engagements, including: oQuality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy-side and sell-side)
oFinancial due diligence and modeling
oHistorical accounting clean-up for transactions
oServing as a client liaison during the transaction process Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations.
Engage in business development to expand the firm’s client base.

What You Bring Experience:

2-7 years in Transaction Services (or TAS) + prior audit experience preferred.

Credentials:

CPA license highly preferred.

Background:

Big 4 experience (or similar caliber firms) valued but not required.
