Salary:

• Quality of Earnings(QoE) analysis (buy-side and sell-side)
• Financial due diligenceand modeling
• Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
• Serving as a client liaison during the transaction processCollaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firmoperations.

Engage in business development to expand the firm’sclient base.

What You Bring Experience:

2-7 years in TransactionServices (or TAS) prior audit experience preferred.

Credentials:

CPA license highly preferred.

Background:

Big 4 experience (orsimilar caliber firms) valued but not required.
