Job Details KeyResponsibilities:
Manage Trust and Estate Accounts:

Oversee andmanage a portfolio of trust and estate accounts, ensuringcompliance with trust agreements and providing expert advice ontrust administration.

Financial Planning:

Provide comprehensivefinancial planning advice to clients, including retirementplanning, estate planning, and wealth management.

CollaborativeStrategy Development:

Work with a team of financial advisors,attorneys, and accountants to develop and implement effectivestrategies for wealth preservation and growth.

Expert Guidance:

Navigate complex probate and fiduciary matters, offering expertadvice and ensuring all fiduciary responsibilities are met.

ClientRelationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships withclients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clientsatisfaction.

Stay Informed:

Keep abreast of changes in tax laws,trust laws, and market trends, and adjust strategies and adviceaccordingly.

Business Development:

Participate in businessdevelopment activities, identify new opportunities, and expand theclient base.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:

Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’sdegree or relevant professional certification (such as CFP, CPA, orCTFA) is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience intrust administration, estate planning, retirement planning, or arelated field.

Knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of probate, fiduciarymatters, trust laws, and tax laws.

Skills:

Exceptional analytical,problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,with the ability to build strong relationships with clients andteam members.

Professionalism:

Commitment to maintaining thehighest standards of integrity, confidentiality, andprofessionalism.

Technical Proficiency:
