This jobis responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customizedsolutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, makingreferrals to business partners based on client needs and assetthresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investmentgoals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerageproducts. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledgeby completing required licenses and trainings. This position issubject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFEAct requirements, all employees engaged in residential loanmortgage originations must register with the federal registrysystem and remain in good standing. Since this position requiresSAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and tosubmit to the required SAFE Act background check and registrationprocess. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registrationmay result in disciplinary action up to and includingtermination.
Responsibilities
- Works with clients to plan theirshort and long-term financial goals by building a financial planwith brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds,annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
- Recommendsbanking and investments strategies that align with client financialgoals and needs
- Triages client requests and makes referrals toappropriate internal service providers based on client needs andasset thresholds
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of dailyactivities
- Identifies and engages potential new clients throughreferrals or financial center clientele
- Provides coaching andfeedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needsand potential product services recommendedRequiredQualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieuof 66) licenses. If you do not currently hold the 66 but haveeither a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition thata passing score is received for the missing series within 60days
- Has at least one year experience in the investmentsindustry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge ofinvestment products and services
- Has at least one yearexperience working in the financial service industry and/or a salesenvironment where goals were met or exceeded

DesiredQualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability tomultitask in a demanding environment
- At least three years’experience working in the financial service industry and/or a salesenvironment where goals were met or exceeded
- Achievedadditional professional designations such as Certified FinancialPlanner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor(CRPC)
- Obtained your insurance licenses.
