Our Employer Financial Services Team is growing, and we’re looking for a Retirement Advisor who shares our values of integrity, service, and advocacy. If you’re passionate about helping retirement plan sponsors navigate their fiduciary responsibilities, optimize plan outcomes, and engage employees in their financial journey, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do As a Retirement Advisor, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to employers sponsoring 401(k), 403(b), and other workplace retirement plans. You’ll work closely with plan sponsors, investment committees, recordkeepers, and internal team members to: Deliver fiduciary-focused consulting and investment advisory services to retirement plan clients Lead or co-lead Committee meetings, preparing agendas, plan reviews, and investment monitoring reports Guide clients through plan design analysis, provider benchmarking, fee reviews, and regulatory compliance Support clients in implementing financial wellness initiatives and employee education strategies Build strong, trusted relationships with HR and Finance leaders while identifying opportunities to deepen service value Stay informed on

ERISA, SECURE
