The Senior Wealth Advisor will work closely with Mascoma’s Portland team to build a wealth management presence in the market. This position will develop new wealth management business and provide comprehensive relationship management services. The successful candidate will bring a financial planning mindset to working with clients and prospective clients with 5+ years of experience in the industry. Working in a fiduciary capacity, this position will seek to understand the client’s complete financial picture and offer recommendations to enhance the financial well-being of our clients and their families, as well as implement the appropriate investment management strategies in client portfolios. This requires the role to have a professional designation such as CFP, CFA, and/or CTFA. The Senior Wealth Advisor will work with internal partners and external centers of influence to introduce Mascoma Wealth Management and Trust services, develop new business, and service client relationships. A strong track record of business development and extensive background in financial planning and/or investment services will be needed in this position.
