Position Overview We’re seeking a licensed Retirement Advisor who is passionate about guiding clients toward financial security in retirement. This is a full-time, W2 position that includes base salary, a lucrative quarterly bonus program, and group health benefits. Our advisors are supported by a high-performance marketing engine that delivers warm, qualified leads through referral partnerships and targeted direct-to-market campaigns. Advisors focus on doing what they do best—helping clients—without the stress of business development or out-of-pocket marketing costs. Over 90% of appointments are conducted via Zoom, giving our team the flexibility and efficiency to serve more clients across the country. What You’ll Do Conduct Zoom-based retirement planning consultations with pre-qualified prospects. Build customized financial strategies tailored to individual retirement needs. Educate clients on income planning, tax-efficient strategies, investment risk management, and legacy planning. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Maintain all necessary licenses and continuing education requirements. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of financial services or retirement planning experience. Series 65 or 66 securities license (required to obtain license within the first six months of employment). Active Life and Health Insurance License (required). Proven ability to build trust and close business in a consultative sales environment. Strong virtual communication skills and comfort with Zoom-based client meetings.
