Larson Financial Group is seeking a talentedprofessional to hire for the position of Financial Advisor, in theSt. Louis, MO area. This position is the perfect fit for someonewho enjoys working directly with clients to achieve their financialgoals by servicing through diligent and detailed follow-up, meetingpreparations, conducting client meetings, and managing clientinformation files. The ideal candidate will be able to handlepeople and processes with ease, while welcoming challenge andopportunity. Demonstrating a passion to delivering superior serviceand building client relationships will add to success in thisposition. In this client facing role, you will use your industryknowledge to work with the Advisory team to contribute to anoutstanding client experience. This position is fast-paced and willrequire a person with the desire to learn, grow in their career,and the ability to handle challenges, plus enjoy successes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing andconducting client meetings
  • Gathering data from clients forpreparation of financial plan
  • Running insurance illustrations,constructing financial plans
  • Communicating investment advicebased on recommendations of team
  • Tracking next steps in theplanning process for clients
  • Providing outstanding service toreproduce top clients
  • Entering and manipulate information intoContact Management System and Financial Planning software
  • Implementing client “touches” to create concierge experienceresulting in consistent referrals
  • Performing follow up andprocess new business; manage existing client relationships
  • Managing and resolving client issues
Requirements:

  • Ability to build rapport via phone, virtual meetings or in personwith clients
  • Professional, clear, and polite communicationpreference is required
  • Ability to work with the Advisor and othersupport team members to accomplish a common goal
  • Be able toconform to a changing environment and work at a quick pace, toachieve timely deadlines.
  • Serving as the primary contact for adesignated group of clients.

The client must be able to rely on theFP/CSM for every financial need, whether it is finding the rightanswer or having it ready for them.

Skills and Experience:
  • 2years’ experience in Financial Planning or Advisory
  • Series 7 &66, or 65 Licenses
  • CFP or CFA is a plus
  • Four-year degree orequivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of insurance/financialservices industry
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality ofinformation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience with financial planning software, the ability to learnand adapt to upgrades/changes that occur on a regular basis
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Flexible schedule for meetings and client event.
  • Ability toprioritize deliverables, track deliverable progress, and follow
  • upon outstanding matters is required.
  • Ability to manage time in anefficient, self-directed manner is required.
  • Ability to beproactive and professionally assertive is required.
  • Demonstratedwritten and oral communication skills with strong attention togrammar, spelling, and overall professionalism is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills including demonstratingpositiveness in conduct, verbal, and written interactions isrequired.
