Job Description Trust Funding Coordinator Introduction:
West St. Louis County law firm is seeking a Trust Funding Coordinator to help clients appropriately identify, label and transfer assets into their trusts. Responsibilities
- Compile, Review, and Enter Asset Data
- Obtaining deeds from county recorders offices
- Manage both paper and electronic documents
- Create financial summaries
- Check and answer email and voicemail in a timely manner
- Prepare and coordinate documents for trust funding, including all aspects of quality control and customer service prior to funding
- Work closely with financial advisors and customer service representatives to gather the necessary documentation to complete client trust funding
- Maintain consistent follow-up on client files
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of client files in a timely manner
- Schedule client funding meetings
- Ability to conduct regularly scheduled face-to-face meetings with individual clients and their financial advisor, accountants, and other professionals
- Proof reading and making corrections
- Independently organize / prioritize provided tasks Knowledge & Abilities The successful candidate will ideally possess strong, hands-on working knowledge of:
- Estate planning, banking, and/or financial planning (preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of basic financial statements and legal documents (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to use / navigate
Excel and Word Education:
High School Diploma or GED certificate (some college preferred, but not required)

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience trust funding / trust administration and/or banking experience (preferred, but not required)
- Law Firm experience would be beneficial (preferred, but no required)
- Proven customer service skills developing trusted client relationships encompassing confidential and sensitive information.

- Must be US work authorized.
