The primary function of a Financial Advisor is to help clients identify and achieve their financial goals. You will have access to a wide range of financial products and services to assist clients in developing sound, long-term investment strategies. Your success will be driven by your ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities:

Build a pipeline of prospective clients and develop relationships.
Analyze clients’ financial information to determine strategies, products, and services to meet their financial objectives.
Educate clients about financial products, services, and strategies, offering detailed information.
Continuously build and maintain a strong client base, keeping client plans up-to-date while acquiring new clients.
Regularly reach out to clients to assess changes in their financial status and adapt strategies as necessary.
Provide objective financial guidance and customized investment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
Ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.
Contribute positively to the team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services role.
Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses and Life/Accident & Health Insurance license are required.
Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:

$35k base salary, plus commission.
