Job Description
TRAC Sales Support TRAC Sales Support Specialists act as an extension of the TIAA Retirement and Consulting teams by providing support in the areas of pipeline management, proactive outreaches, money movement, documentation quality, on-campus events, and onboarding for new hires. Key responsibilities include the use of reports and completion of analysis to inform the prioritization, planning and execution of participant follow-up and coaching activities. This role will also be responsible for conducting participant outreaches and providing service support to participants around topics related to the scheduling of meetings and money movement activities. Key Responsibilities and Duties Assess pipeline quality in relation to role targets and recommend top areas of focus to drive performance Proactively contact participants to schedule appointments and follow-up on money movement activities Monitor documentation quality and source insights to inform coaching activities Leverage past performance to prioritize support for on-campus events (e.g., Counseling, Benefit Fairs, and Presentations); as needed, attend on-campus events Coordinate completion of all activities associated with moving new hires into production Provide logistical support for on-campus events (i.e., presentation materials, Marketing kits and giveaways, documentation, attendance tracking, etc.) Educational Requirements University (Degree)

Base Pay Range:
$31.25/hr – $40.86/hr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
