Position Summary This role serves as the trusted finance partner to the assigned Service Line, supporting the ECU Medical Center Finance and the service line Operation teams. By providing financial expertise and guidance, this role will translate complex financial data into actionable insights empowering leaders to make informed decisions that drive business growth and optimize performance. Key responsibilities this person will oversee and support alongside their operation leaders is month end variance review, budget, capital, productivity, performance management, business plans/financial analysis for new projects, operating improvement plans, charge management, cost accounting, decision support and reimbursement analysis and other adhoc. Responsible for coordinating and reporting financial results to finance and the operational leadership and staff. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related degree with 4 years of experience.•OR•Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related degree with 2 years of experience.
Requires excellent human relations skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff
Proven advanced analytical and modeling skills
