POSITION SUMMARY
The Wealth Advisorposition is responsible for personal production goals and customerservice objectives for all assigned branches and/or book ofbusiness. In addition, this role establishes value-addedrelationships with clients and prospects to understand theirfinancial needs and to offer solutions for those needs. Usingindependent judgment and autonomy, the Wealth Advisor should beable to meet basic client investment needs, including growing andprotecting assets, funding for a secure retirement, funding forchilds or grandchilds education, growth above inflation and taxes,protection of assets form unexpected/large scale healthcareexpenses, and protection of assets from estate taxes.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
& RESPONSIBILITIESMeets and profiles prospective clients,reviews investment goals, prepares presentations, recommendsinvestment products, follows up on client contacts, and helpscustomers meet their needs through the sale of investment andsecurities products.
Provides investment/insurance solutions tocustomers based on a comprehensive financial planning approach thatincorporates all assets, goals, time horizon and risktolerances.
Builds strong relationships with customers of theinstitution, profiles and executes on new business, effectivelyworks an existing book of business, assesses customer needs, andrecommends the right combination of products and solutions byconsistently using the prescribed sales process.
Achieves sales andrevenue goals and meets certain professional growth and developmentgoals.
Organizes and assists with the delivery of branch seminarsand ensures appropriate follow-up to these events.
Participates inexecution of local marketing development plan.
Adheres to all FINRAand insurance rules and regulations, as well as to all companypolicies.
JOB SPECIFICATIONSThree years financial services sales &service experience preferred.
Analytical ability to comprehendcomplex products, services, and related regulations.
Must beproficient with personal computers, spreadsheets and selectingdatabases.
Self-starter with high motivation and stronginterpersonal skills.
EDUCATION, TRAINING
& EXPERIENCEEquivalent toa college degree (BS or BA in relevant field).FINRA SeriesSecurities Industry Essentials Examination, 7, 63 registrationsrequired: IAR (65/66 or appropriate designation).Continuedemployment is contingent on maintaining appropriate licensesregistrations, and a clean U4.Life, Health & VariableLicenses._______________________________________________
