You’ll help clients build strong financial foundations through protection, accumulation, and legacy strategies. Key Responsibilities Educate clients on financial strategies including life insurance, retirement planning, investment management, college funding, and long-term care Develop and present personalized financial plans using a holistic, goals-based approach Guide clients through product recommendations from both insurance and investment platforms Build and grow your client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills Maintain all required licensing and comply with FINRA/SEC and insurance regulations Collaborate with internal teams including our RIA partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Comfortable discussing both insurance and investment products Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or financial planning software experience a plus Must be eligible to obtain state life & health insurance license Willingness to pursue Series 65 or 66 licensing (company supported) Preferred Traits Strong desire to build a long-term career in financial services Prior experience in insurance, sales, or client service is helpful but not required Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and time management What We Offer Access to a full suite of insurance and investment products Ongoing mentorship from experienced advisors and financial planners Sponsorship for licenses (Life/Health, Series 65/66) Growth tracks toward senior advisor or management roles
