Coordinate with clinical teams, social workers, and pharmacy staff to identify eligible patients and obtain necessary documentation for PAP applications. Conduct interviews with patients to collect financial information and support PAP applications, ensuring all forms are completed accurately and submitted timely. Track, monitor, and follow up on the status of PAP applications, coordinating with pharmacy, physicians, and clinical staff as needed. Generate applications for PAP renewals and communicate medication dosages and changes with the clinical team. Forward adjustment requests to Revenue Cycle Management for patients receiving assistance, as applicable. Track and maintain data on new patients treated at the Cancer Center, using analytics to drive decisions and process improvements. Obtain authorizations for research and non-FDA approved procedures and treatments, submitting letters of medical necessity and following up on approvals. Collaborate with the oncology leadership team to gather quality and demographic data for growth analysis, trends, and opportunities. Performance Expectations Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a smooth process for accessing financial assistance and support.
