Our firm offers a comprehensive training and mentorship program designed to help you grow into a successful Financial Planner.

Position:

Jr.

Financial Planner Overview:

New hires start as Jr. Financial Planners and progress through three structured milestones within their first year. This program provides hands-on experience and a clear roadmap to becoming a full Financial Planner. Career Progression Stage 1: Licensing The first stage of career progression is licensing. Candidates must pass the Life, Accident & Health (LAH) and Series 65 exams within 60 days (training classes will be provided). Milestone 1 (First 90 Days)

Requirements:

Maintain 90% attendance at all training meetings Open 5 Life Accounts Deliver 1 Financial Plan Milestone 2 (First 6 Months)

Requirements:

Maintain 90% attendance at all training meetings Deliver 3 Financial Plans Have 15 policies (Life, Annuity, or Illuminations, with at least 10 Life policies) Milestone 3 (End of Year 1)

Requirements:

Maintain 90% attendance at all training meetings Deliver 10 Financial Plans Have 25 policies (Life, Annuity, or Illuminations, with at least 15 Life policies)

Outcome:

Successful completion results in promotion to Financial Planner and eligibility for the Coaching Program .

Advancement Opportunities Financial Planner:

After completing all three milestones, you gain full Financial Planner status and can participate in mentorship opportunities.

Senior Financial Planner:

Mentor and coach three Jr. Financial Planners, guiding them toward their own success, and earn the title of Senior Financial Planner.
