We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized financial guidance and investment advice to individuals and businesses, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for assessing clients’ financial needs, developing customized financial plans, and recommending suitable products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and life circumstances.
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
Provide advice on a range of financial products and services including investments, retirement planning, insurance, estate planning, and tax strategies.
Monitor clients’ financial portfolios and make adjustments as necessary to improve performance or accommodate life changes.
Stay current on financial markets, economic trends, tax laws, and regulatory changes.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other financial professionals such as accountants, attorneys, and insurance agents as needed.
Proactively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar designation preferred but not required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio.
Valid state licensing for selling financial products (e.g., Series 7, 63/65 or 66, Life/Health Insurance license).
