  • Gathering information and collecting suitability to deeplyunderstand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, andconcerns to accelerate trust and create a personalized,comprehensive strategy to achieve their goals.
  • Meeting withclients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncoveradditional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, andadjust their strategy to ensure their needs are met.
  • Partneringwith other members of the clients’ professional team such asattorneys, accountants, trust officers, to help fully understandclients’ goals and circumstances.
  • Researching portfolioperformance, cost/fees, asset allocation and changes to portfolioconstruction/investments, and make recommendations to client.
  • Collaborate with the FA and branch team to ensure alignment andcreate, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increasebranch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
  • Cultivating relationships with organizations and businesses tomaintain presence in the community and obtain referrals and newbusiness.
  • Coordinate with the FA to assist in the creation of newclients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
  • Continually develop yourself to grow personally and professionally.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent required;Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required, ifnot currently registered, registrations may be obtained at EdwardJones during the assigned study period
  • At least 3-5 years ofrelevant experience in securities industry preferred
  • FINRAlicenses required within three months. State insurance licensesrequired
