Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), youare joining a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investmentadvisory solution, providing clients with a personal relationship,specialized service, and ongoing advice built on Schwab’s approachto investing. You will have a direct impact on the lives ofclients, working as a fiduciary within a dedicated Schwab WealthAdvisory team to deliver an exceptional client experience. SWA’sadvice philosophy will empower you to use a vast array of products(i.e. stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managedaccounts, option trading), setting you up for success to helpclients manage their more complex portfolios and achieve theirgoals. You’ll grow within an experienced, collaborative team, whiledeepening relationships with various partners, including industryleading advisors. RequiredQualifications:

• CFP® designation or CFA® designation
• Bachelor’sdegree
• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
• May be obtainedwith a 120-day condition of employment
• Active and valid FINRASeries 66 license required
• May be obtained with a 120-daycondition of employment
• Five or more years of advisoryexperience, including creating and customizing financial plans andportfolios for clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five or moreyears working directly with clients in the financial servicesindustry highly preferred In addition to the salary range, thisrole is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
