Overview:
A growing finance team is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to support financial planning, analysis, and public reporting functions. This role plays a key part in advising senior leadership through financial modeling, strategic projects, and performance reporting. The Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Managing Director of Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to public company reporting in collaboration with accounting and investor relations teams Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assess their impact on financial performance Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aligned with corporate strategy Understand and articulate the business and financial model to various stakeholders Collaborate with accounting during month-end and quarter-end closes to provide insights on financial variances
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA or CFA preferred) 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) or FP&A platforms

Understanding of private markets or asset management firms Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python Experience with public company reporting Familiarity with FP&A or expense management systems
