Class Years 2018-2023 A prestigious global law firm is actively hiring an Associate to join its high-performing Corporate Finance & Securities group in New York. This is a compelling opportunity to work on sophisticated capital markets and corporate finance transactions at the highest level, alongside a team recognized for its deep industry expertise and strong client relationships. About the Role The group handles a wide range of transactions, including public and private securities offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt issuances, acquisition financings, and other complex corporate finance matters. Associates will gain hands-on experience advising clients across industries, with extensive deal exposure and support for long-term professional development.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Class year: 2018, 2019, 2022, or 2023 Substantive experience in Capital Markets and/or Corporate Finance Exposure to Securities matters at large, peer law firms Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to waive in) Excellent writing, analytical, and client communication skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach and team mindset Compensation Base salary range: $260,000 – $455,000, aligned with top-of-market compensation Bonus structure: Generous year-end and performance-based bonuses
