Job Description
Develop, update, and manage financial models for various real estate investment funds, including both debt and equity vehicles.
Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring public and private market participants.
Maintain operational models related to financing covenants and fund performance.
Support market research and analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities.
Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities and ensure alignment with broader financial strategy.
Prepare high-quality deliverables for internal stakeholders and executive-level presentations.
Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
2-4 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance.
Advanced Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
