Position:
The Trust Administration Specialist will coordinate key activities for Rockefeller Trust Company, N.A. (“RTC”) such as annual trust reviews and provide general support as needed for all RTC employees. This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.
Responsibilities:
Be the point person for all RTC Trust Review oversight and management. Track and follow up on all open action items from RTC Trust Reviews. Assist Private Advisors with gathering RTC client material needed for investment reviews. Schedule, assemble materials for and keep minutes of monthly meetings of the RTC Trust Administrative Committee and the RTC Trust Investment Committee. Schedule and provide a complete agenda for regular RTC meetings with The Rockefeller Trust Company (Delaware) (“RTC Del”). Assist with the management of certain “unique assets” held by RTC and RTC Del clients (e.g., real property). Maintain new business pipeline for RTC and RTC Del and provide monthly metrics reports to the RTC Trust Administrative Committee regarding, the pipeline, openings, closings, etc. Maintain mailing list of all fiduciaries with whom RTC and RTC Del work and arrange for circulation of key updates and marketing materials. Any other duties, responsibilities or projects that may be assigned to this position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of experience in administrative functions Experience with trust and fiduciary administration
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Ability to proactively approach administrative functions and present ideas for more efficient processes. Works well under pressure and meets deadlines. Willingness to seek advice, anticipate needs and proactively, seek solutions.
Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
