Job Description
Administrative Associate Cornell Financial, Inc. 781 Davison Road, Lockport, NY 14094 Communicate effectively and professionally with clientele. Answer phones and properly route calls. Engage with clients via phone and in-person to address/research client questions. Assist professional financial planning staff with data entry, secure data/form uploads/scanning, faxing of documents, etc. Experience with financial planning and/or tax planning documents/processes a plus. Client billing/invoicing duties. Bookkeeping experience a plus. Ability to work independently and within a small office environment extremely important. Ideal candidate will be self motivated and take pride in their work. Ability and willingness to learn various software types. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office a must. Expect approx. 30 hrs during 4-5 day work week, M-F. During tax season (approx. mid Jan.-mid April), additional hours will be available. Hourly rate negotiable based on experience.
