Deeply understand clients’ andprospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to acceleratetrust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to helpthem achieve their goals. Oversee branch processes, roles, andresponsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined clientexperience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatoryrequirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team tocreate, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increasebranch effectiveness and achieve desired business results. Compensation:
We knowthat building a business takes time, so we’ve built a new financialadvisor compensation program that supports and rewards you as youlearn the skills, systems and business practices you need tosucceed in our client-first business model. The new financialadvisor compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplementalsalary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for newassets gathered for the first five years. Licensing:
SIE (which can beobtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will berequired; if not currently registered, registrations may beobtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurancelicenses will be required. As an associate, you are required tocomplete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatoryauthorities (FINRA and SEC), as well as required CE training toensure licenses remain in good standing.
