Our Private Client Financial Advisors (PCFAs) conduct thoroughdiscoveries to understand a client’s short- and long-term goals,then construct a tailored financial plan that meets the client’sgoals. The Citizens PCFA is a branch-based advisor who excels in acollaborative environment that emphasizes the paramount importanceof client interests, as well as the personal and professionalgrowth of team members. PCFAs work directly with a variety ofbusiness partners and centers of influence to uncover and identifyprospective opportunities. Primary responsibilities include Developa high-quality wealth management practice that provides apersonalized wealth management strategy. Enhance and preserverelationships with key partners to boost client introductions andengagement. Proactive client and prospect outreach promotingCitizens Wealth Management capabilities. Grow existingrelationships through partnership referrals. Tailor wealthmanagement planning to meet client needs. Utilize the knowledge ofinternal stakeholders and specialists in delivering a variety ofservices, including financial planning, investment management,insurance, and estate planning. Qualifications, Education,Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Series 7, 63,65 (or 66) active and valid. A valid, active InsuranceLife/Health/Variable licenses is required or must be obtainedwithin 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment. Aminimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalentexperience in financial services. Demonstrated track record in newbusiness development and client book management. Proven experiencein a team-oriented consumer bank setting. Familiarity withservicing high-net-worth individuals. Comfortable operating in adynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Varies Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is$150,000 – $200,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annualdiscretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the work location, and relevant skillsand experience. ?
